How to activate

Redeem your plan by following these steps:

Go to your inbox after completing purchase.
You’ll find an email with your plan code and a link to the user dashboard.
If the link doesn't work, go to Dashboard and log in with your OBDeleven mobile app account.
Type in the code from the email manually.
Click “Redeem”.

Note: Codes for digital items, including PRO, ULTIMATE subscriptions, and Credits, are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Be sure to activate them before they expire.

While some manufacturers offer global coverage through a single entity (like the Volkswagen Group), others require to sign with individual country representatives, which takes time to achieve.

Our goal is to have complete, worldwide support for all car brands, and we're actively working on this.
